Users can update their password online through their FFB Elevate account.
- Log in to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web

On the side menu, click on your company name, then choose Personal Settings.

Select the Password tab. Enter your current and new passwords, then confirm the new password.

Click the Change Password button. After completing these steps, your account password will be updated.
