Admin users can easily view their transactions in the FFB Bank Elevate dashboard, providing a clear overview of the status of all transactions.
1. Log on to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web.
2. Navigate to the Transactions page on the side menu to see all the transactions.
3. Within the Transactions section, you'll see tabs labeled All, Pending & Cleared, Declined, Refunded, and Fee.
4. Click on the appropriate tab to view the specific transactions you are interested in.

Pending & Cleared - Displays transactions that are awaiting approval or have already been cleared. If there is a clock icon (
) on the right side of the amount that means the transaction is still pending.

Declined: Shows transactions that were not approved. For declined transactions, hover over the X icon under the Amount column to see the reason for the decline.

Refunded: Lists transactions that have been refunded.

Fee: Displays additional fees charged to your account, such as card shipping fees.
