Users can terminate their card anytime by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account via https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web and click Cards from the left-side menu of the Dashboard.
- Select the card you wish to cancel/terminate.
- On the Card's details page, on the upper-right, click Actions then Terminate Card.
- You will get a message asking to confirm the intended action. Click Terminate to proceed.
- You'll get a message at the bottom of the page confirming that the card has been terminated.
