If your card is lost, misplaced, stolen, or compromised, you can immediately freeze it by following the steps below:
1. Log on to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web.
2. From the Dashboard, click Cards on the left menu.
3. Select the card you need to freeze.
4. Click the Actions button from the upper-right, then click Freeze Card.
5. A prompt will appear asking you if you wish to proceed with the action, choose Freeze to continue.
6. If successful, a confirmation will appear at the bottom of the screen indicating that the card has been successfully frozen.
Note: Admin users can also follow the same steps to unfreeze a card or to freeze a card on behalf of other users.
