Admin users have the ability to access the billing address of their physical or virtual cards at any time.
1. Log on to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web.
2. From the Dashboard, click Cards on the left menu.
3. Select the card you want to locate the billing address.
4. The Card Overview page will appear. Please take note of the billing address and zip code associated with the account.
