Admin users have the authority to issue a physical card to users. This can be completed on any page of your FFB Bank Elevate account.
1. Log on to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web.
2. On your Dashboard, click the Quick Actions button at the bottom left corner of your account screen and select Create Card.
3. The Send a New Card window will appear. Click the Choose User dropdown to select the user to whom you wish to issue a physical card. Click Next.
4. The user's Department will auto-populate once selected. Under Card Selection, choose Physical Card. Click Next.
5. Fill out the Card Type and Card Limit, and verify the shipping address. You can also click "Add new shipping address" in case you need to enter a different delivery address for the request.
Under Card Type, select the Type of virtual card you wish to issue:
- Single-use cards expire after one transaction.
- Fixed cards allow for a set amount that can be used until that amount has been spent.
- Recurring cards can be used multiple times without expiring.
6. Select the preferred Shipping Method (e.g USPS Regular, Overnight Shipping). Once everything checks out, Click Next.
Note: Certain shipping methods may incur additional charges, which will be billed to your tenant account.
7. When finished, click Submit, and a success window will appear, confirming that the card has been issued.
