Admin users can send virtual cards to users. This can be done on the FFB Bank Elevate dashboard.
- Log in to https://app.elevatecard.ffb.bank/web

Navigate to the Users page on the left-hand side menu.

Click the user's tile to issue a virtual card.

In the upper-right corner of the user overview page, click Send Card, then choose Virtual Card.

Under Card Selection, choose Virtual Card. Click Next.
- The Amount will also auto-populate if the user is set as a dynamic user. If the user is not a dynamic user, the admin user must enter an 'Amount' for the card limit.
- Under Card Type, select the type of virtual card you wish to issue:
- Single-use cards expire after one transaction.
- Fixed cards allow a set amount to be used until it is spent.

Recurring cards can be used multiple times without expiring.

Admin users can add a Description to the card for record-keeping. This field is not mandatory. Click Next.

When finished, click Submit, and a success window will appear, confirming that the card has been issued.
